Provenza is strategically located in the heart of El Poblado, there are bars, restaurants, nightclubs, shops, groceries, barber shops, parks, and shopping malls. All of this is within a range of 1 mile and very walkable.

Upon arrival, please send us a copy of each traveler’s passport. A physical passport or any other official ID might be required by the concierge at check-in.

Guests are welcome in the Gaira apartment, however, they must be over 18 years old and have a valid photo ID (Passport, Cedula, etc.), and must check in upon arrival with our concierge. No exceptions.

Smoking in the room is prohibited, there are smoke detectors located in every room. A cleaning fee of $100 USD will be charged in the event of smoking. Please use designated areas as the balcony.

Sexual tourism with underage minors is strictly forbidden and may carry fines or jail.

Please report all damages and accidents to the concierge at the moment they occur.

Gaia is an Eco-friendly place, please help us to save the environment by turning off all lights and A/C when leaving the house and taking short showers.

The house sound system is at your disposal so please make good use of it. However, although we are located in a vibrant area with many restaurants and bars, we do have neighbors so please be considerate and use a moderate volume on weekdays after 2 am and on weekends after 4 am.

For your safety and comfort, there is a 24/7 concierge in the lobby present to help you with anything that may arise.

There are private spaces in the house only for the host and cleaning crew including laundry and machinery room.
