Guests are welcome in Cumbiana apartment, however they must be over 18 years old and have a valid photo ID (Passport, Cedula, etc.) and must check-in upon arrival with our concierge. No exceptions.
Smoking in the room is prohibited, there are smoke detectors located in every room. A cleaning fee of $100 USD will be charged in the event of smoking. Please use designated areas.
Sexual tourism with under-age minors is strictly forbidden and may carry fines or jail.
Please report all damages and accidents to the property host at the moment they occur.
Cumbiana is an Eco-friendly place, please help us to save the environment by turning off all lights and A/C when leaving the house and taking short showers.
The house sound system is at your disposal so please make good use of it. However, although we are located in a vibrant area with many restaurants and bars, we do have neighbors so please be considerate and use moderate volume on weekdays after 2am and on weekends after 4am. No external speaker is allowed.
For your safety and comfort, there is 24/7 concierge at lobby present to help you with anything that may arise.
There are private spaces in the house only for the host and cleaning crew including laundry and machinery room.

Our apartment is situated in the best location on a pedestrian street, right next to the city's best bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. 2 minutes away from Lleras Park, You open the front door and literally find clubs, restaurants, bars, cafés, barber shops, tattoo studios, ATMs, grocery stores. Either if you come to enjoy the nightlife or to get to know the city this is where you want to be.
