For your safety and comfort, there will be a host present at the lobby to help you with anything that may arise.
Guests are welcome in Elementi, however they must be over 18 years old and have a valid photo ID (Passport, Cedula, etc.) and must check-in upon arrival with our Host. No exceptions.
Smoking in the room is prohibited, there are smoke detectors located in every room. A cleaning fee of $100 USD will be charged in the event of smoking. Please use designated areas.
Sexual tourism with under-age minors is strictly forbidden and may carry fines or jail.
Please report all damages and accidents to the property host at the moment they occur.
There are PRIVATE spaces in the house only for the host and cleaning crew including laundry and machinery room.
Elementi living is an Eco-friendly building, please help us to save the environment by turning off all lights and A/C when leaving the house and taking short showers.
The apartment sound system is at your disposal so please make good use of it. However, although we are located in a vibrant area with many restaurants and bars, we do have neighbors so please be considerate and use moderate volume on weekdays after 1 am and on weekends after 2 am. No external speakers are allowed.
