The house sound system is at your disposal so please make good use of it. However, although we are located in a vibrant area with many restaurants and bars, we do have neighbors so please be considerate and use moderate volume on weekdays after 2am and on weekends after 4am.
For your safety and comfort, there is 24/7 concierge at lobby present to help you with anything that may arise.
There are private spaces in the house only for the host and cleaning crew including laundry and machinery room.
