Upon arrival, please send us a copy of each traveler’s passport.
The max capacity of the house is 20 guests at all times.
For your safety and comfort, a host will be present to help you with anything that may arise.
Guests are welcome in MULATA House, must be over 18 years old, have a valid photo ID (Passport, Cedula, etc.), and must check in at arrival with our Host. No exceptions.
Smoking in the room is forbidden, we have smoking detectors in each room. A cleaning fee of 100 USD will be charged in case of smoking. Please use designated areas.
Sexual tourism with under-ages is strictly forbidden and may carry fines or jail.
Please report all damages and accidents to the property host the moment they occur.
The house sound system is at your service, please make good use of it. Although we are located in a vibrant area where restaurants and bars are, we do have neighbors, please moderate volume on weekdays after 1 am and on weekends after 4 am.
MULATA is an Eco-friendly house, please help us to save the environment, turn off all lights when leaving the house and take short showers.
The house has private areas such as a Machinery room and host room.
