Upon arrival, please send us a copy of each traveler’s passport by submitting it in the pre-check-in form. A physical passport or any other official ID might be required by the concierge at check-in.
The maximum capacity of the house is 16 pax at all times,
Guests are welcome in Casa Bali, however, they must be over 18 years old have a valid photo ID (Passport, Cedula, etc.), and must check in upon arrival with our concierge. No exceptions.
Smoking in the room is prohibited, there are smoke detectors located in every room. A cleaning fee of $100 USD will be charged in the event of smoking. Please use designated areas.
Sexual tourism with underage minors is strictly forbidden and may carry fines or jail.
Please report all damages and accidents to the property host at the moment they occur.
Casa Bali is an Eco-friendly place, Please help us to save the environment by turning off all lights and A/C when leaving the house and taking short showers.
The house sound system is at your disposal, so please use it well. However, although we are located in a vibrant area with many restaurants and bars, we do have neighbors so please be considerate and use moderate volume on weekdays after 2 a.m. and on weekends after 4 a.m.
For your safety and comfort, a 24/7 concierge in the lobby is present to help you with anything that may arise.
The house has private spaces only for the host and cleaning crew, including a laundry and machinery room.
