Smoking in the room is prohibited, there are smoke detectors located in every room. A cleaning fee of $100 USD will be charged in the event of smoking. Please use designated areas.

Bora Bora is an Eco-friendly place, please help us to save the environment by turning off all lights and A/C when leaving the house and taking short showers.
The house sound system is available, so please use it well. However, although we are located in a vibrant area with many restaurants and bars, we do have neighbors so please be considerate and use moderate volume on weekdays after 2 am and on weekends after 4 am. No external sound is allowed.
For your safety and comfort, a 24/7 concierge in the lobby is present to help you with anything that may arise.
The house has private spaces for the host and cleaning crew, including a laundry and machinery room.
