For your safety and comfort, there will be a host present in the lobby to help you with anything that may arise.
Guests are welcome in ACQUA Elementi, however, they must be over 18 years old and have a valid photo ID (Passport, Cedula, etc.), and must check in upon arrival with our Host. No exceptions.
Smoking in the room is prohibited, there are smoke detectors located in every room. A cleaning fee of USD 100 will be charged in the event of smoking. Please use designated areas.
Sexual tourism with underage minors is strictly forbidden and may carry fines or jail.
Please report all damages and accidents to the property host at the moment they occur.
Elementi Building is an Eco-friendly place, please help us to save the environment by turning off all lights and A/C when leaving the house and taking short showers.
This building is conveniently located next to a creek, This natural setting adds a unique charm to the location, but we understand that the presence of mosquitoes and occasional odors can be a concern. While we cannot fully control these aspects, please rest assured that we are committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Our team will take proactive measures to minimize any inconvenience and ensure a comfortable living experience for you. The house sound system is at your disposal so please make good use of it. However, although we are located in a vibrant area with many restaurants and bars, we do have neighbors. Please be considerate and use moderate volume on weekdays after 1 am and on weekends after 4 am. No external sound system is allowed.
