Completing the check-in form is mandatory. Before arrival, please fill it out with each traveler’s information and upload a photo of each passport or ID.

Please send us in advance the passport or ID photos of all visitors so we can authorize their entry.

Maximum capacity: 4 people in total, including all guests and visitors.

For security purposes, the building has a private security team at the entrance. Our Host is available 24/7 via chat for any questions or requests you may have.

Guests are welcome in CASA GRANDE; however, they must be over 18 years old and have a valid photo ID (Passport, Cédula, etc.) and must check in upon arrival with security. No exceptions.

Smoking inside the house is prohibited. There are smoke detectors in every room. A cleaning fee of USD 100 will be applied if smoking is detected. Please use designated smoking areas.

Sexual tourism with underage minors is strictly forbidden and may result in fines or imprisonment.

Please report any damages or accidents as soon as they occur.

The building is eco-friendly; please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and A/C when leaving the house, and taking short showers.
